According to the Rockstar Newswire, the Sparrow Helicopter, one of the most fragile machines in the game, is getting buffed.

New countermeasures can be installed, for a modest cost of course, that should reduce the effectiveness of homing missiles of all variety.

This, coupled with the nerfing of the Mk II Oppressors; could well improve the experience of Sparrow pilots in free mode lobbies, and finally give grinders the leg-up they need.
