Cycle of corn🌽/Makai/Makkie from Sowing to harvesting 👨🏻‍🌾🧑🏻‍🌾👩🏻‍🌾 organic life Of Sikkim

This video is recorded since 4months from the beginning of sowing to harvesting process. So, it might be quite long but the phase of turning from two leaf 🌱 to proper flowering ( Dhanchamara) and fruiting ( corn 🌽) and harvesting phase is beautiful. In between sitting with my family, cousins sisters and my little ones enjoying the different cooked items of corn 🌽 was fun and memorable. Soon , I will upload the next video of 🪺 🪹 nesting season which I had recorded in between 🕊🐦🐧🐤🐣🐥 that will be fun as well I guess.
So, different items we cooked as a lunch for our family was ;
🌽 🔥 smoked corn / pola ko makai
🌽 boiled corn / usina ko makai
🌽 Thaska / dry frying corn or you can add some salt 🧂 and oil in it
🌽 popcorn 🍿/ of course the famous one Bhuta ko makkai
🌽 I don’t actually know the English name we called it as Chapta , Chura, Batuka so on .
