01:26 Stoma क्या होता है?
Stoma एक तरह का artificial opening है जिससे Stool के Pass किया जा सकता है। इससे पेट के ऊपरी हिस्से में लगाते है। इससे control नही किया जा सकता है, कारण यह Stoma artificial होता है, ऐसे उसके ऊपर एक bag लगाना होता है।

Stoma के 2 प्रकार होते है।
• Temopary Stoma Bag
यह कुछ सीमित समय के लिए लगाया जाता है
• Permanent Stoma Bag
इस स्थिति में Stoma Bag को हमेशा लगाए रखना पढ़ता है।

02:20 Rectum क्या होता है?
Rectum की length 15cm होती है। इससे 3 भाग में divide किया गया है। ऊपरी हिस्से को upper rectum कहते है। Upper rectum की surgery के लिए stoma की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती। अगर rectum के निचले हिस्से में cancer हो तो Temporary Stoma बनना पढ़ सकता है।

04:56 Permanent stoma कब लगाना पढ़ सकता है?
अगर Tumour Rectum के सबसे निचले हिस्से में हो तो वहा muscle को रखना safe नही हैं। ऐसे में Permanent Stoma बनना पढ़ सकता है।
