Psychatog Deck Tech - 2002 World Champion (Magic: the Gathering)

In 2002, Carlos Romoa won the Magic: the Gathering World Championship with this deck, Psychatog! It was a blue/black control deck that basically just looked to counter every spell, destroy every creature, and draw through its deck until it reached 9 mana to pull off its win condition. Kinda ridiculous, I know. Check it out!
