Kerala Film Chamber Decides To Shut Theaters Until Their Demands Are Met By State Govt

A combined meeting of Kerala Film Chamber has decided not to open theatres in the state until their demands are met by the state government. Representatives of theatre owners, producers and distributors attended the meeting in Kochi on Wednesday.
The meeting was convened by the Kerala Film Chamber to discuss the state government's decision allowing theatres to operate with 50% capacity. Film chamber representatives said that they are not in a position to open the theatres unless their demands are met.
With this, uncertainty looms over the release of Vijay's upcoming film Master in Kerala.
