Ginger has anti inflammatory properties, helps relieve nausea, helps with blood sugar regulation, It's loaded with antioxidants which helps protect against disease and it is a natural pain reliever to name a few.

Lemon is high in vitamin C, supports heart health, prevents kidney stones, and improves digestive health.

Garlic is anti inflammatory, anti bacterial, helps boost your immune system, and it might even prevent Alzheimer's and dementia.

Ginger Lemon Garlic Tea

Ingredients:
½ inch of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
1 whole organic lemon, zested, juiced
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 -2 cloves garlic, minced
1 - 2 tsp. Maple syrup
12 oz of water

Directions:

Put the water and all the ingredients except the maple syrup into a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and them simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour tea into a mug and be sure to not strain it. We want to drink the garlic and lemon zest. Add the maple syrup to your desired sweetness and enjoy!

Substitutions:
You can use any sweetener you like, honey, agave syrup or even sugar (white, coconut, or brown). If you use honey, add it after the tea cools a bit so as to not destroy the benefits of the honey.
