The Best of Mellie Grant in Scandal Season 2

I like Olitz as much as the next girl, but it upsets me how much this pairing has tortured Mellie. She is no victim. Just like every character on the show, she has a HUGE grey area. But she's human. And she hurts. She hurts a lot. It upsets me that people view HER as the other woman. It upsets me that some hate her just because she's Fitz's wife, and they just disregard her feelings.

Mellie loves Fitz and would do anything for him because she believes in him and she believes in the greatness of his mission towards his country. And that's why I refuse to believe that Mellie had anything to do with her husband's shooting -- it just can't be. She's not that evil. Oh, God, please don't let her be the killer!

Anyway, this is a compilation of her best moments in season 2. Some are awesomely crazy and others are heartbreakingly sad.

But in the end, they all prove why Mellie is one of my favorite characters on Scandal.
