The Peppermint patty filling:
3 3/4 Cup Powdered sugar
3 Tbls room temperature butter
1/4 Cup Evaporated milk
2 Tsp Peppermint extract (trying doubling it!)
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract or Vanilla paste (I used the homemade paste)

Chocolate Coating:
12 Oz Semi-sweet or Dark chocolate chips
2 Tbls of shortening (I used Avocado shortening)
