How To Make Chicken Roast | Easy Chicken Roast Recipe | Wary Cook |

Hello guys 🤠 welcome to another recipe. today's recipe yummy and delicious 😋 very easy south indian style chicken roast recipe.
This recipe goes well with laccha paratha or dosa. Hope you enjoy this recipe 🤤. Let's begin 👍.

RECIPE
for masala paste
Ginger 50 gm
Garlic 50 gm
Poppy seeds 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green cardamom 5 piece
Cloves 5-7 nos
Star anise 2 no
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp

Saute all whole spices except garlic, ginger, poppy seeds and chilli powder. Keep aside for 2-3 minutes. And put altogether in grinder make nice paste with Little water. And keep aside.

TO MAKE CHICKEN ROAST
Chicken curry cut 1 kg
Oil 100 ml
Onion sliced 3 onion
Green chilli half slices 4-5 nos
Curry leaves 1 handful
Bay leaf 2-4 leaf
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Curd 200 ml
Salt to taste 😋
