These NEW tactical weighted vests are awesome, but what are they? Should you buy one? If So Which one? These types of weighted vested are so underrated, and now they have been modernised and made cool again. For those who lust after functional fitness accessories then this is a definate must have.

Ive been wanting a weight vest for a while and have finally bought the Force Fitness Tactical Weighted vest. In this video I test it up the hills and in the gym and give my thoughts about it as we go. I have opted for the 20KG version in the Black camoflague colour. It is a sexy bit of fitness equipment and so very versitile. I very much enjoyed making this video, even if it did make me look and feel like a member of SWAT
