To wrap up the series on the Meyers-Briggs Personality Typing (MBTI) I talk today about the bigger usefulness of the framework. Therapeutically, it can be used for pointing people's attentions towards their strengths and talents and away from their weaknesses. In the larger societal sense, it is for arranging people in different roles according to where their strengths like, and reminding us that we're all in this together; we are truly co-dependent on one another.
