TSA administrator talks Fourth of July readiness: ‘We’re staffed up’

With air travel up more than 5% this year, airports are preparing for record crowds during the Fourth of July holiday weekend. TSA administrator David Pekoske joins TODAY to weigh in on his agency’s readiness for tens of millions of travelers. “We’re staffed up. We’re prepared across the country,” he says. He also weighs in on the number of loaded firearms detected at checkpoints.
