5 Signs Someone is Gaslighting You / Here are 5 signs that someone might be gaslighting you. One is that you're always second guessing yourself. You have trouble making decisions because you keep questioning your thoughts and your feelings. Two is that you get told a lot that you're too “something” -- too selfish, too sensitive, too emotional. Three is that you're always apologizing. You find yourself apologizing constantly in this relationship. Four is you often are making excuses with other people for that person's behavior or maybe you're covering for them. And five is that you know something's wrong, you've known it for a while, but you just can't put your finger on it. If you're seeing any of these signs, someone might be gaslighting you.
