Anxiety is a condition that affects millions of Americans every year. Some suffer from social anxiety, some from performance anxiety, some from a generalized anxiety disorder. The thought of just the word anxiety alone is often enough to put any of us into a state of anxiety, stress, and worry. What's happening in our world today is influencing every one of us- the constant barrage of negative news, financial turmoil, job loss, worries about health and family, etc. Symptoms manifest as headaches, nausea, diarrhea, hot/cold flashes, and loss of sleep. This video will go over what it's like living with anxiety and will help you understand what you can do to stop the onslaught of bad thoughts and worries.

Talking won't clear the anxiety, I have included in this video a simple practice to say, "goodbye anxiety."
