To start this quest line talk to Warlord Goretooth in Kargath,Badlands He will give you an item and you need to click on it.
First quest is to go to Lower BlackRock Spire and kill 3 bosses and find documents that can be found at any of them.
Second quest is to go to Orgrimmar and Talk with Eltrigg,next is to talk with Thrall who will give you quest for the Horde. For this one go to UBRS and kill Rend Blackhand.Thrall will try to bore you with his story.
Fifth quest is The Champion of the Horde,for this you need to find Rexxar. Tip start in northern Feralas and go north through kodo graveyard until you get to top of Desolace. Wait for him there if you did not encounter him.
Sixth quest is to go to Western Plaguelands and find Myranda the Hag, she will give you quest Oculus Illusions. For this go to UBRS and kill dragonkin for their eyes.
Eight quest is to find Emberstrife in Dustwallow Marsh. He will give you 3 quests:
The Test of Skulls, Chronalis in Tanaris,
The Test of Skulls, Scryer in Winterspring,
The Test of Skulls, Somnus in Swamp of Sorrows.
After you are done with those he will give you one more quest:
The Test of Skulls, Axtroz in Wetlands.
Next stop is to find Rexxar again,he will give you final quest Blood of the Black Dragon Champion. Go to UBRS and slay General Drakkisath and take his blood.
Go to Desolace one more time and turn in the quest and take your amulet.
