Happy new year! Super HakkaMoi is cooking the Hakka Char Ngiuk (Hakka Braised Pork Belly). This dish usually will be served during festive seasons, especially during the Chinese New Year. The braised pork belly is also usually serve at the ancestors altar on special occasions eg. On the Remembrance Day and the All Souls Day.

Today's char ngiuk variant is a simple version as I've forgotten to get some of the ingredients for the full version. Will upload the second version soon. Let me know if you like this version.
