How to Make Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso | Shaken Latte| Starbucks Copycat recipe

Today we will be making the Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. This diy copycat Starbucks shaken latte recipe will satisfy your cravings when your local Starbucks is out of their new popular drink.

Ingredients:
Brown sugar syrup:
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsbp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Espresso:
3 shots
How I make espresso:    • Espresso with La Pavoni Europicola | ...  

Oatmilk (use store bought if it's easier for you)
50g oats
500g water

1/2 tsp cinnamon
Ice

Instructions:
1) Brown sugar syrup: mix ingredients, then stir on stove until thicken
2) Oat milk: combine oats and water. Blend for 1 minutes. Use nut bag to strain
3) In a shaker, combine brown sugar syrup, 3 shots espresso, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ice. Shake for 30 seconds.
4) Pour into cup and top with oat milk
