My dog loves this.
I brought my daughter's pit bull from the Mainland to make her home with me here in Hawaii. At her first health check-up, I was told my dog had an allergy as she licked her paws all the time 24-7. It was suggested she be put on a l.i.d. (limited ingredient diet). After researching many brands, I knew the choice would be Natural Balance. Another neighbor had their dog on it due to allergies and it worked well for them...so I gave it a try also.
After about 2-3 months, my dog totally stopped licking her paws. It's now been a year and she still doesn't lick her paws excessively anymore.
I buy the Venison flavor. She inhales it. As soon as she began eating it her stools were far more normal (big 'cigars') where-as the old food she had always eaten gave her semi-soft stools. I realize Natural Balance is more on the expensive side but it has shown me it's a high quality dog food
that certainly benefits her needs......and she loves it.
