Stat Breakdown:

This was based on looking at minimum and maximum stats on all heroes and then removing the outliers (Kingpin and his insane health as an example). I then broke down the difference between highest and lowest in to percent and using a scale of A to F was able to place characters based on the following percent:

1-16% F
17-32% E
33-48% D
49-64% C
65-80% B
80-100% A

This should mean that we leave room for any new outliers to be A+ or F- and these rating won't go out of date. I suck at stuff like this so hopefully it makes sense!
