I safely level to 100 in tier 15/16 blighted maps with verdant oils

The strategy is simple,
Buy or use the atlas to obtain tier 15 blighted maps
Anoint them with Verdant oils
Chisel and Alch
Run the map as shown in the video
Profit

It's very safe and offers excellent exp for those that don't enjoy group play xp farming.
