Gurdum, a small hamlet near Manebhanjan nestled in the lap of the Himalayas, sits on the fringes of Singalila National Park. Perched at an elevation of 8,000 feet, the area is adorned with coniferous branches and vibrant rhododendrons, which greet visitors with their nutty fragrance and bright hues. The warm, welcoming smiles of the locals perfectly complement the lush, scenic beauty, capturing the true essence of the Himalayas.

👉 How to Reach Gurdum:
1. Via NJP:
Step 1: From NJP, take a shared auto to Darjeeling More (8 km, approximately 30 minutes).
Step 2: At Darjeeling More, you can:
- Option A: Take a shared cab directly to Gurdum via Rimbik. Note that these cabs are infrequent.
- Option B: Take a shared cab to Manebhanjan, then another shared cab from Manebhanjan to Gurdum.
2. Direct Option:
- You can reserve a vehicle from Siliguri to Gurdum.
👉 Alternate Route:
Tenzing Norge Bus Stand to Ghum (70 km):
- From Ghum, travel to Sukhiapokhri (12 km).
-From Sukhiapokhri, travel to Manebhanjan (6 km).
-From Manebhanjan, travel to Gurdum (5 km).
👉 Advance Booking of Siliguri (Darjeeling More) to Rimbick via Manebhanjan/Gurdum Share Car: Time: 6.00 AM & 11.00 AM (one-day advance booking over phone)
