Jaime is a Managing Partner at both Benedetti, Gucer & Associates and BEAM Wealth Advisors, in addition to being a practicing Financial Planner. He holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Dayton and Georgia State University, as well as Certified Financial Planner®, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations. For 5 years, Jaime taught the Retirement Planning curriculum at Emory University’s Certified Financial Planner Program. A native of Colombia, he has appeared on CNN Español and other national and local media.

In addition to advising individual clients, Jaime specializes in helping companies improve their Qualified Retirement Plans. Working directly with owners, CFOs, or Heads of Human Resources, he has helped companies from 50 to 1000 employees enhance the overall effectiveness of their retirement plans. Jaime is also highly regarded for his work with physicians, dentists, and attorneys in developing customized retirement solutions for the highly compensated members of their practices.

Over 20 years, Jaime has led the firm through 8 acquisitions, adding considerable team talent and helping grow Assets Under Management to over $1.7 billion. He also led the initiative at BGA to begin incorporating digital assets into client portfolios. This position was both controversial and highly unpopular, but Jaime felt passionately that it was in the best interest of our clients. Since incorporating this asset class, it has shown notable growth across all of our portfolios.
