The plan was simple: pull up to NYC, hit a light arm workout, vlog a bit, and promote the Momentus launch...

Instead, I got absolutely annihilated at what might be the most intense gym in the country.

This "light" arm day turned into 5,000+ reps, burpees, push-ups, verbal abuse, and the worst pump of my life — all on an empty stomach.

But something clicked after this session.
I ended the day reflecting on purpose, sacrifice, and what it actually means to give 100%.
