A tribute to the most outstanding robots and computers of the pop era.

The Pyramid is Jorge Valverde's electronic music project founded in mid-91 in Valencia. His music is characterized by the use of repetitive melodies and rhythms, played by synthesizers, sequencers, drum machines, and computers. His influences include electronic music from the late seventies and early eighties and dance music from the 90s. Artists of the stature of Kraftwerk, Azul y Negro, Ultravox, Vangelis and Jarre are seen in his compositions, consolidating a melodic and fresh Synthpop, paying tribute to one of the best compositional periods in the history of music.
His discography is made up of the L.P. "HAL 9000", the LP "Synthetic" and the one that will be his next release for 2021 "Robots & Computers". The first one pays tribute to the computer from the movie "2001 A Space Odyssey", while, in his second work from the studio, we can listen to 20 songs that immerse us in a journey through the digital landscapes of the movie "Tron", melancholic sounds that evoke our youthful evenings in front of the first video games and electric melodies that penetrate the brain and develop in cycles.
It is in early 2021 when the third L.P. “Robots & Computers”, classic sounds and a very pampered production to remember the robots and computers of pop culture that have accompanied us throughout our lives.
"The Pyramid" has returned and this time it is to stay.
