Rear view mirror colours correct now.

This was caused by a bug in RReady's V_FIFO_BITFILL handler. The 32 bit ARGB foreground colour needs to be treated as 2 identical (16 -bit RGB565 (or whatever pixel format the destination needs (could be 4 8-bit values or 1-32 bit value(when in 32 bit colour modes))) 16-bit pels. RReady was treating it as a 32 bit ARGB value. The app has to select a suitable value.

The fix also works for Nascar Racing 1999 Rendition Edition, but I won't post a video of that.
