For many years, James Varga, aka @PhantomL0rd, was an incredibly successful Twitch streamer and a contracted partner with Twitch. Then, on July 19, 2016, Twitch suspended his Twitch.tv account and terminated his contract. Rumors swirled as to the reason for his termination.

In February 2018, PhantomL0rd sued Twitch for breach of contract. Not long after that, Twitch countersued. That lawsuit went to trial last month, and at the end of trial, PhantomL0rd won the lawsuit on every issue.
