Il nostro reparto di stampa del PCB è dotato di camera bianca in classe 10000, un'ambiente costantemente decontaminato creato per poter utilizzare la più evoluta tecnologia di stampa diretta del circuito stampato.

In questo video si vede in azione NUVOGO 800, l’ultima generazione di stazione Direct Imaging che permette di produrre rapidamente oltre 110 pannelli/ora su due lati con altissima precisione:
• Dimensione minima linea: 25 µm ( il che porta a poter realizzare piste di ampiezza minima 50 µ m)
• Precisione del disegno (risoluzione 12700DPI – 2 µm)
• Stampa perfettamente aderente alla forma del supporto.

Our PCB printing department is equipped with a class 10000 clean room, a constantly decontaminated environment created to use the most advanced direct print circuit board printing technology.

This video shows NUVOGO 800 in action, the latest generation of Direct Imaging station which allows you to quickly produce over 110 panels/hour on both sides with a very high precision:
• Minimum line size: 25 µm (which leads to creating tracks with a minimum width of 50 µ m)
• Drawing precision (resolution 12700DPI - 2 µm)
• Auto-focus printing allows uniform imaging of the entire panel
