N O T I F I C A T I O N
Subject: Introduction of Online Registration for Class IX Students (2024)
The Board is pleased to inform all recognized high schools under the West Bengal Board of
Secondary Education about the introduction of an online registration process for Class IX
students from the academic year 2024, who will be appearing for the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE)
in 2026. This new online registration process is designed to simplify and streamline the
registration procedure, making it much more efficient.
 Online Registration Portal: The registration will be conducted through the portal
www.wbbsedata.com.
 Portal Availability: The website www.wbbsedata.com will be available for registration
from 11:00 AM on 15th July 2024 until 12:00 Midnight on 31st August, 2024.
 No Camp Office for Blank Registration Forms: Please be informed that there will be
no camp office for the distribution of blank registration forms scheduled to be held on
24th July 2024.
 Ease of Registration: The online process is designed to be user-friendly, ensuring that
the tasks related to student registration are more efficient and less time-consuming than
the manual process.
 Guidelines and Instructions: Detailed guidelines and instructions for the online
registration process will be available on the website. Schools are advised to carefully read
and follow these instructions to ensure a smooth registration process.
All Head of the Institutions are to make necessary arrangements to facilitate the online
registration process of Class IX (2024) students. Cooperation from all ends in this matter is
essential for the successful implementation of the system, therefore earnestly solicited.
