Dear Seller Performance,
I am a principal of, UW MART and writing to appeal our suspension due to an inauthentic complaint related to the following item:
• ASIN: B07MF3DY3C
• Merchant ID: A3XCG6I48W9T5
• Title: Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Original
Root cause:
I tried to un-gate a product on the above ASIN to start selling on amazon and amazon demanded invoices from me to check its validity and I provided an invalid invoice even I had not bought future inventory. I should have purchased that inventory first from a verified supplier, get valid invoices, and to submit that invoice to un-gate the product but I didn’t and preferred to un-gate the product first and then to buy inventory.
I accepted my guilty attitude that without ordering the product I submitted the invalid invoice. On suspension notice on 14th of July I ordered the product from a verified supplier named as Petco the link of which is given as https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore, they gave me invoice dated 14th of July but the address of the supplier was not present on the invoice I submitted that invoice and amazon rejected that invoice saying it had not supplier’s address. Even that invoice was 100% original as given by the supplier.
We contacted the supplier and asked to re-edit the invoice with the supplier’s address requirement, they did it but mentioned the 17th of July on it although the purchase was done on the 14th of July. Now seller performance team says that the invoice should be before the 14th of July but we had already accepted our mistake that we had not purchased inventory before 14th of July and provided invalid invoice, which was biggest mistake of our online career at amazon and strict policy violation of amazon, for which we are really ashamed but we had not launched this product yet and not made any sell.
Corrective Measures:
• Firstly, I studied all amazon policies about inauthentic claims and documents verification especially submitting invoices on seller university https://m.media-amazon.com/images/G/0....
• Then I called Petco representative about the issue in invoice having no supplier’s address and they provided me today with invoice having supplier’s address and other information which amazon needs. The pdf of which is attached as document 1.
• The product is resalable which can be confirmed through the supplier the address of whom is given in the invoice attached.
• I also did a live chat with Petco's official website the link of which is https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore to get information on how amazon can check the validity of my purchase invoice. The screenshots of the live chat are attached as proof in document 2.
• I thoroughly looked into my account to see if I’m doing anything wrong to fix that and find everything up to the mark.
• I have checked the inventory by myself to see if the item 100 percent matches the picture.
• I have hired a professional named Abdul Mateen to keep an eye on my account and to tell me more about Amazon’s policies the NDA of which is attached as document 3.
Preventive measures:
• I promise amazon that I’ll never provide any document without checking its validity and to buy inventory first to get an invoice in order to un-gate any product.
• I have come to know that the amazon algorithm is more than perfect and we cannot provide any invalid document and will tell every virtual assistant of mine to not alter anything because it is also against the morals.
• I’ll keep studying amazon policies to provide the best product quality to amazon’s esteemed customers and in this regard, my professional employee will guide me further
• I’ll also prepare the listing which will be 100 % match with the item to prevent any confusion further.
• I’ll do everything to make amazon’s customers satisfied as I strictly believe in 14 leadership principles for sellers.

Dear Performance Team, I have ever since followed all the amazon policies but this time I made the mistake of submitting an invalid document without understanding the gravity of the fault. I got inauthentic complaints on the ASIN given above although I had not sold anything. Now I have a whole inventory of this ASIN in my warehouse and had provided all the documented proof that of my truthfulness now. The transaction ID #66332398405408 can be checked at Petco’s official site. My all sales have stopped because of this deactivation. I want to provide my services to amazon and want to prove myself the best seller. I’ll be honored to provide all the documents you’ll be in need of hereafter.
