The second week of the Open features a pair of top Canadian contenders. Five-time CrossFit Games vet Carol-Ann Reason-Thibault finished 17th at the 2019 Games. The 2019 Canadian National Champion finished 20.1 in 8:31 and currently sits ninth overall. Carolyne Prevost placed 13th in her rookie debut at last year's CrossFit Games. Prevost is off to a hot start in the 2020 CrossFit Open, posting a score of 8:30 in 20.1. She sits in a tie for seventh in the world with Jamie Greene.
