I’m not a fan of being stuck indoors…. Are you?

Too many of us spend far too much time indoors and are not getting enough fresh air and not getting outdoors enough.

Think about it…

Stuck for 8/12 hours inside an air conditioned office all day whether that be an office or at a makeshift office at home?

When you do go out, you socialise in a pub, have a coffee indoors, go to the cinema, train in an indoor environment? Go to soft play?

All this time spent indoors isn’t healthy, and people know this, one thing lockdown has taught us is the importance of being outside.

When you exercise indoors I find it claustrophobic, the bright artificial lights in your face, the gyms have too many people
In a small area and it’s everything I dislike about fitness.

This is why outdoor fitness is exploding and people can’t get enough of HQ come rain or shine, sleet or snow.

People have realised that fitness does exist outside the 4 walls of a globo gym.

At Hq it’s not mass market fitness, there are no rammed classes, no well rehearsed routines, it’s simple, powerful fitness set in the heart of Wenvoe, you can train surrounded by the lushest green and under the bluest of skies (Albeit on occasion as we live in Wales 😂)
