The South Eastern Part of Nigeria makes up about 5 states namely Abia, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi and Imo with about 95 Local Government areas. Apart from agriculture as the mainstay of economic activities for the majority in the rural communities, the zone is also known for its commerce and trading activities in manufacturing, fabrication and agro-allied produce.
But one of its challenges is Insecurity which has affected many households and businesses making many flee to other states for safety.
Despite the challenges, the South East remains a vital part of Nigeria's identity and a significant contributor to its growth and development.
