For example you may want to increase a digital book cover to fit the size of your journal covers, or you may want to customize the size that fits your needs of journal digital papers. This will show you how to use something that most PC and Macs have integrated apps in their software of daily use in ones own desktop. I will be using how to use Microsoft Paint (or if you use a Mac that has its equivalent)and Open Office a free Word processor software.
