This is the most indulgent Cauliflower Cheese you will ever have. The added sprouts go perfectly with the cauliflower added bacon and cheesy sauce. I know it may seem odd to others to put crushed up crisps on top of the dish, but I urge you to try it and then make your opinion. The added crushed crisps add the best crunchy texture which contrasts from the soft vegetables and creamy smooth cheesy sauce.

1 medium cauliflower
250g sprouts
500ml milk
4 tbsp plain flour
50g butter or margarine
100g cheese
1 pack of ready salted crisps
3 pieces of smoked bacon (cooked)
