1/2 cup (114 g) Butter , divided (one stick)
16 ounces (454 g) Mushrooms , sliced
3 cloves (3 cloves) Garlic , minced or crushed
1/3 cup (42 g) Flour
1 cup (240 ml) Broth (beef, chicken or vegetable)
2 cups (480 ml) Milk
Kosher Salt , to taste
fresh cracked Black Pepper , to taste
Minced Parsley , optional garnish
