Apple Oatmeal Smoothie
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Apple - 150 grams
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
Oats - 100 grams
Milk - 200 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it into a puree.
2. Pour the smoothie into a serving glass.
3. Garnish with apple slice.
4. Serve.
Corn Flakes Pudding
Serving - 1
INGREDIENTSChia seeds - 1 tablespoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Corn flakes - 150 grams
Condensed milk - 200 grams
Oranges - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 100 milliliters water and soak for 15 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams corn flakes, 200 grams condensed milk and mix it well.
3. Take a serving glass, add some orange slices in it.
4. Fill it halfway with oranges.
5. Add the prepared corn flakes mixture in it.
6. Top with soaked chia seeds.
7. Add some corn flakes on top of it.
8. Serve.
Mashed Potatoes With Carrots & Peas
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Green peas - 50 grams
Carrots - 100 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - 150 grams
Fresh cream - 250 grams
Boiled mashed potatoes - 900 grams
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 50 grams green peas, 100 grams carrots and mix it well.
2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
4. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
6. Take a deep pan, add 150 grams butter, 250 grams fresh cream and mix it well.
7. Bring it to a boil.
8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
9. In a mixing bowl, add 900 grams boiled mashed potatoes, cooked veggies and mix it well.
10. Then, add the prepared sauce in it and mix it well.
11. Transfer this into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
12. Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
13. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 15 minutes.
14. Remove it from oven.
15. Garnish with coriander.
16. Serve.
Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Apple - 150 grams
Eggs - 2
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - for shallow frying
Apple - for garnishing
Honey - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 150 grams apple and blend it into a puree.
2. Transfer this into a bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
3. Heat some butter in a pan, add the prepared batter on it and cook on moderate for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Flip it gently.
5. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
6. Remove it from heat.
7. Add some apple slice on top of it.
8. Drizzle some honey on top of it.
9. Serve.
