Ronald Reagan says 'sorry' to Margaret Thatcher in private phone call

In 1983 President Reagan apologised to the British prime minister after the US invaded Grenada – a Commonwealth country – without giving her advance warning. This newly released tape recording of a private telephone call between them reveals the conversation.
