Limit State of Serviceability for a RCC Slab | Calculations of Various Deflection as per IS 456-2000

Limit State of Serviceability is very important aspect in Limit State Method in RCC Design. There are again 2 types in this
1) Deflection
2) Cracking

In this video deflection calculation has been explained in detail for a RCC Slab with IS 456-2000 codal provisions.

First we have shown short term deflection with total load and permanent loads, next we have calculated deflection due Shrinkage and lastly we have shown deflection due to creep under permanent loads.
