JPH Equipment - Bagger 3 bagging Unit

JPH Equipment's 3 cubic metre bagging machine, Bagger 3, is a strong sturdy, stand alone, bagging machine. This bagging machine works excellent with compost, mulch, sand, soil etc and these can be bagged and sealed easlily. This allows for clean storage, easy transport and resale of bagged products.

Bagger 3 is made from 4mm plate throughout the tank and heavy duty square tubing for the tank support. The machine is fitted with a height adjustable galvanised roller conveyor table for various size bags. A 2.2kw motor turns the heavy duty chevron belt inside the tank. It is also fitted with it's own compressor for the pneumatic foot pedals which operate the bag horns and the 600mm wide sealing unit. An easy to use digital fill timer is attached, which allows timing to 1/100 seconds, ensuring and even bag fill.The bagging machine comes both in single and 3 phase power. A single operator can bag well over 200 bags/hour with ease.

Forklift inserts are also attached to allow safety in moving the unit around to your desired position. The 3 cubic metre hopper can easily be filled by a front end loader or skid steer (bobcat).

The Bagger 3 Machine has been on the market for many years and is still going strong.
