குச்சி வரமிளகாய் (Whole Red Chilli) - 15 Nos
குண்டு வர மிளகாய்( Whole Red Chilli) - 8 Nos
மஞ்சள் தூள் ( Turmeric Powder) - 2 Tsp
புளி ( Tamarind ) - 1 lemon size
உப்பு ( Salt ) - 2 Tsp
வெந்தயம் ( Feenel Seed ) - 1 Tsp
பூண்டு ( Garlic ) - 15 Nos
தேங்காய் ( Coconut ) - Half Cocount / அரை மூடி
உளுந்து ( Urad Dal )- 1 Tsp
எண்ணெய் ( Oil ) - 100 Ml
கருவேப்பிலை ( Curry Leaves ) -As Needed
