Sister Amy A. Wright was sustained as the First Counselor in the Primary General Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 2, 2022. She previously served as Second Counselor in the same presidency and has held various Church positions, including roles in the Young Women General Advisory Council and as a stake and ward Primary president. Sister Wright graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from the University of Utah in 1998.
