After seeing (and sampling) a vast variety of cheeses, Eric makes his way to Wollersheim Winery, running and in the family since the mid-1800s. This generational family business has grown tremendously, evolving in 2010 with Wollersheim Distillery and Wollersheim Bistro. Everything is homemade, approachable, and affordable for all to enjoy.
