Fixing the Bluetti EB3A DC Short Issue

In this episode we fix the Bluetti EB3A DC short issue we are seeing in this solar generator. When the short issue occurs, the solar generator doesn't turn on, nor any function work. The solar generator only turns on when you plugin in AC power, and shows that it has a SHORT. We've narrowed down in our particular issue to be on the DC output side, even though we have nothing plugged in.
