Is A Distance Reiki Session Beneficial?

If you are asking if a Distance Reiki session is beneficial, the short answer is YES! If you are wondering how it works well, I can't fully explain it. I am not a quantum physicist. Similarly, I can't explain how I get emails or cell phone calls.

But, thoughts are energy and energy isn't stagnant, it travels.

If you send love, prayers or, "I am thinking of you" messages, then you already believe that your thoughts do affect others.

My biggest skeptic has tried distance Reiki sessions with me and loves them!
