Ride For Ataahua - Motorbikes and Hotrods

Wainuiomata Motorcycle Club hosted a Motorcycle and Car Show to raise fund for a local girl, Ataahua.

The community of Wainuiomata have rallied together to help assist purchase a portable oxygen concentrator to make life easier (No huge tanks to cart around whenever she needs to go anywhere)

This show was held on Saturday 21 February (as a community Birthday Party for Ataahua - she turns 2 a few days after). A cruise around the streets of Wainuiomata was also part of the Motorbike & Car Show. This video shows the group departing, and also them returning.

ABOUT ATAAHUA (From her Facebook page)
Ataahua has a Chronic Lung disease called BRONCHIECTASIS (severely damaged lungs & airways). She has spent nearly 2 years so far on many forms of oxygen.

She is the first baby to be trialled on higher doses of High Flo Oxygen and extremely high level of high flo. She is currently on Low Flo oxygen 24 hours a day.
