Summary: Indian Football Legend Renedy Singh took the stage and while narrating the story of how he struggled against the will of his family to become a footballer , he urged the young crowd to follow their passion. A person should strive for greatness and learn to cherish the process as a wonderful journey and not a struggle. Money and connection will follow naturally if we work hard enough. We don't have to go look for money. We just have to feed our passion. Once we are doing what we love, no matter how tough the journey is, it will never be a struggle, but something enjoyable.

The Massive Open Talk envisioned as MitSna’s MOT is being organized with the vision to not only increase the employability of our youth, but also create a generation of employers and young entrepreneurs and over and ability above instill in them a sense of commitment to the society.

Eminent Social Scientist Oja Dhanabir Laishram; Pooja Elangbam, ADC-IW, IAS; Thounaojam Brinda, ASP-NAB, MPS; Prof N Rajmuhon Singh, Professor of Chemistry & Dean, MU; Renedy Singh, Former Indian Football Captain; Roshnikumar Yambem, Founder, Globizs and Dr.Pibarel Meetei, Founder, Medilane spoke at the event.

The event aimed to bring to light the following issues:-
•The rigid and the outdated education system in the state and the need to adapt to the changing pace of technology.
•The need to de-stigmatize nonacademic education and reinstate vocational training,sports, art, music and drama.
•The issue of ‘Education for the sake of education’.
•Institutionalization of institutions in Manipur turning education into a commodity.
