Real Deal Guyanese Coconut Buns || Step By Step- Episode 159

Ingredients and Measurements:
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups of grated coconut
3/4 stick of butter
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2- 3/4 cup sugar (depending on how sweet you want the buns)
1/2-1 tsp. nutmeg
a pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
about 1 cup of milk- evaporated or whole milk (enough to make a sticky dough)
