The journey, spanning 12,000 kilometres over 18 days in July - August 2023, was a unique experience, with two parallel trains traversing diverse terrains from the icy Himalayas to lush valleys and sprawling coastlines.

Starting from the Himalayan heights of Kedarnath, the pilgrimage began in Rishikesh, where the railway leg commenced. Morari Bapu and the pilgrims visited each Jyotirling, seeking divine darshan and immersing in the spiritual discourse of Ram Katha. Bapu shared wisdom from the Ramcharitmanas, weaving together tales and legends related to each sacred site. The journey culminated in Somnath, the last Jyotirling on the route, before reaching Talgajarda, Bapu's ancestral village and birthplace in Gujarat.
