RIMMEL DARK MERMAID HALLOWEEN TUTORIAL

Want to recreate Coco Chic's Halloween Dark Mermaid Look? Get the Rimmel products she used here:

Create a flawless base using the Lasting Finish Primer, Wake me Up Foundation and Concealer. Contour the face using the Insta Conceal and Contour Palette and set with the Insta Fix + Matte Powder. Pull a fishnet stocking over the head and layer the purple, green and blue shadows from the Magnif'Eyes Palette in Colour edition, focusing on the cheekbones and hairline. Style the brows using the Professional Eyebrow Pencil and line the outside of the brows using the Exaggerate Waterproof Liner in Deep Ocean. Create a smokey eye look by swiping the purple shadow across the lid and packing the blue colour into the centre. Line the eyes in black then trace this line with the Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer in Emerald Sparkle. After coating the lashes in Wonder'fully Real, complete the look by creating an ombre lip using the Stay Matte Liquid Lip in Pitch Black and Blue Iris.
