Don't waste your time with the update file dell pushed to fix the stylus issues - it does not work. Dell has now removed it from the update homepage. It's still available if you do a little digging but I wouldn't bother as it doesn't fix any of the issues. I test here in Onenote, Paint, Freshpaint and more.
